Windsor teaches reading through a wonderful program called Pathways to Reading. PTR teaches reading through five steps. Phonics, phonemic awareness, vocabulary, fluency, and comprehension. This is taught through a majority of our day. They see PTR during centers, small group, large group, and shared reading.
